MARKETING ASSISTANT

We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive HubSpot / CRM Specialist to join our team and service multiple client accounts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, automating processes, and translating business requirements into scalable CRM logic.

 

This is a great opportunity if you want hands-on exposure to real-world CRM challenges across different industries and grow into a senior HubSpot consultant role.

What You'll Do​

  • Set up, manage, and optimize HubSpot marketing and sales hub for multiple client accounts

  • Build and maintain workflows, automations, lead scoring, and lifecycle stages

  • Create dashboards and performance reports

  • Ensure CRM data hygiene

  • Create and design emails, forms, landing pages, and implement A/B testing

  • Troubleshoot HubSpot issues and document processes

  • Assist with lead generation and sales follow-ups

  • Create AI-generated content, including cinematic video trailers, social media content and anything new that comes up.

  • Manage and schedule social media content

  • Support various digital tasks and ad-hoc projects across the business

  • Stay curious, experiment, and grow

 

What you bring along

  • Hands on experience of working with a CRM or ERP tool like HubSpot, Zoho, Pardot or similar

  • Based in India, preferably in Ahmedabad

  • Available to work as per European working hours (12pm to 9pm IST)

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)

  • Tech-savvy, organized, and creative problem solver

  • You are open to handling different kinds of work and love learning new things
